Céline Audrey

8 people that were actively checking out my blog yesterday despite my shit update?! Alright, one of them is definitely my mum but still. Thanks :)

So I've gone back to dark brown hair. Classier, easier and suit me better! Also I exchanged my Chanel sunglasses for the ones I wanted from the start. Céline Audrey, largest size possible. Yeah baby! The lenses on the Chanels were a bit to mirrored and looked too sporty on me, so that's that.

The hair.
The glasses.

Double Layer Crop Shirt

Man I love ASOS. What do people in Sweden do? Nelly.com? Fuck that!

ASOS has everything. Do you want a jumper with a hole where your bellybutton is? They've got it. Do you want neon yellow scuba trousers? They've got it. Do you want Will Smith's face printed on a pair of knickers? They've fucking got it.

My style is far from that crazy (kind of the opposite) but you know what I mean. You can search for whatever detail you want on a garment and all the options pop up. With a price-range from basically the same amount as a Starbucks coffee up to what I get paid a month. And if you pay £9.95 like I've done, you get next day delivery for a whole year. And always free returns. Do you get it now? I can order five outfits on Thursday morning and receive them on Friday, pick the one I like to wear for the evening and then just stroll down to the post office on Saturday on my way to work and throw my return package in, no queuing.

Anyhow, I just ordered another batch that I can't wait to try on.
This is what I'm most excited about:

How gorgeous? I could live in shirts like these and a pair of black, skinny jeans.
£28 here!

You could think I'm sponsored, I wish. Also, I'm thinking of going back to brown hair. Just because it would look amazing with this shirt haha..

Maison Kitsuné

I just found this yellow top on theoutnet.com from French brand Maison Kitsuné... I really like it. I would wear it with a voluminous skirt like the girl in the picture but preferably a black one. Hair tied up, red lipstick and white sneakers.

Is it worth £100?

Black Biker

The Biker has been around for a few years now, it may have changed shape, material and colour a little bit but hey. It's a classic and everyone should own one. Real leather or fake it doesn't matter!

My favourites are nr 1 and 3 - payday (and first exam in the morning) tomorrow woop woop!

ASOS - £65

ASOS - £55

Mango - £105

French Connection - £62

UPDATE - I ordered the first one :)

Designer crossbody - Top 3

These are my top 3 picks of crossbody bags! If you're gonna invest in one it should definitely be one of the below.

The Prada Saffiano Mini as well as the Celine Nano comes in many different colour variations. My personal choice would be a nude or pastel colour like pink, grey or beige. But of course a black one never goes out of style and let's be honest, you're least likely to get sick of the colour.

These prices differ from country to country and currency to currency, but here are the ish-prices of the bags.

Prada Saffiano leather mini-bag - £670

Celine Nano Luggage - £1550

Small Boy Chanel Flap Bag - £3,270

Pom pom

Haha I don't know if I love these shoes because they're freakin' fab or fugly.. But I think I could rock these with a pair of black, high waisted skinny jeans and a white tshirt on a cloudy day. What do you think?

Available at ASOS for £22, click here!

Chanel baby

I'm happy to announce that I've bought my first ever Chanel item people. Except for nail polish haha! #looser

I was on my way to work today when I spotted the new eyewear shop Maverick & Wolf across the street on Chiswick High Road. On display in their window was a huge ad for the chunky, well-known Céline sunglasses. Obviously I crossed the road without even looking out for passing cars and went straight in.

I've never tried the Celines on but yeah, they are just as sexy as in the pictures. Glamorous and very feminine. I tried on the ones with the largest lenses and chunky frames.

I went back to work and spent a good 45 minutes googling the glasses to see if I really wanted to spend over £210 on a pair of shades. Turned out I do. So I managed to get off work a little bit early (told my boss straight as it was, someone I knew was dying and I need to go ASAP - joking I didn't say that). I went back to the shop and tried the pair on again - hair out, center parting, side parting, ponytail, sloppy bun, tight bun, loose again... I had no shame what so ever. And because the shop is new, obviously the staff-member assisting me didn't leave my side to show his manager that he was being that persistent salesman that he had claimed to be on his CV. But as I said I had no shame, I was treating this buy as if I was buying a million-pound mansion.

And then he (Ethan - I was in there for so long that we're now on a first name basis) relaxed said "and then of course there's Chanel over here...". So we head over and I see a pair that I love straight away. Cat eye but not too much cat eye. The classy cassette logo on the side instead of the slightly tacky CC logo. But they were brown...

Ethan quickly says that they can order one in black for me and that there is a 20% discount on everything. HELLOOOOOOO THERE IS NEVER A PRICE REDUCTION ON IN-SEASON CHANEL! It's a part of their exclusivity strategy just like many other premium brands.

So here I am, £198 poorer but a pair of Chanel sunglasses richer. Feels good. Let's just pray that the colour is what I imagine when they arrive.

Conscious Exclusive 2015

I hope you haven't missed the new H&M Conscious Collection! Oliva Wilde will be the face of the collection and she looks absolutely stunning. A little bit like Swedish actress Malin Åkerman, don't you think?

The collection will be available in around 200 stores worldwide and is released today! I think my only hope will be to buy a piece or two online. I don't think many people know that you can actually buy the H&M collabs online nowadays. Who has the time to queue up outside a store for hours and then elbow your way through the shop to grab whatever's left? Thank god for online shopping.

My favourite pieces;

The Jacket!!! Can you see the slits along the sleeves? So innovative, love it.

Poloneck

A ribbed perfect poloneck dress. SOLD OUT. Of course it is. I feel like if I get my hands on this, summer can't end up any way but great. Everyday will be a sunny day, my legs will never loose its tan, the drinks will never stop flowing and the tunes will never stop. You do understand how important it is that I find it? And how crucial it is that I need to drag myself to the gym and stop being a lazy cow if it's ever gonna suit me?

Maybe if I find the dress, I'll go to the gym..... Who hasn't had a pair of 'when I've lost a bit of weight' jeans haha! Girls just never loose hope.

Céline Luggage Mini

Do you know what, I thought I'd get over this bag but I just can't. I've been looking at it for so long I'm starting to feel like it's meant to be. There's just something about light, pastel coloured designer bags, they look so luxurious and clean. Personally I think they are wearable all year round because winter clothes usually are very dark, many people seem to think a colour like this is only for spring/summer time.. They're wrong.

Saving starts now.

Tadashi Shoji

Tadashi Shoji is a designer from Japan who had his breakthrough in LA. I've never seen any of his clothes before and thought this was an up-and-comer until I realised they just celebrated their 30th anniversary.

These gowns, 2-pieces and cocktail dresses are as you can see gorgeous and they are not even that expensive! Prices lie between $500-$800, which is almost what I spent on my (oh so ugly) prom dress when I was 15. And that was a rental!

Bomber

Carin Wester
Spring is here! In London anyways. And I want a new jacket.

I think I want a silky or oversized bomber... Not the classic style but something a little bit more exciting. I loooove the two from Filippa K and Carin Wester (both Swedish brands) but the first one is sold out everywhere since it's last season, and the other one I'm not sure will suit me. I think it only looks that long and loose because the girl wearing it is so skinny.

The beige one I found on ASOS and I really do like it. I'm scared it will look more beige in real life though, I want it to be a pale colour like in the picture. And out of personal experience, the pictures on ASOS website seldom reflects how the clothes look in real life.....

The Victoria Beckham Clutch

I've been looking at these babies from Victoria Beckham lately. I think a nice clutch is a must have, it's hard to find a good one though. A black one will obviously match any outfit but on the other hand, for us wearing a lot of black a dash of colour is always nice.

I like these once because they're clean and just the right size. The large one is the size of an iPad and the small one slightly smaller. These are both from the SS15 collection and are called small/large zip pouch in buffalo and calf-leather.

Large £425
Small £350

My personal favourite!

Sneakersss

Adidas Stan Smith's, Superga Bordoux, Converse All White, Nike Air Force 1 Low, Converse Low White  (used to be..)

The past year has really been the year of the sneaker for me. Or trainers as Lloyd would correct me (American vs. British English..). I've always been a Converse girl and I buy a fresh pair of white ones every spring. Let's face it, they look good on anyone and they're bloody comfy as well.

I've never really cheated on my Converses until last year because I've always felt that any other shoe would look like bricks on my gigantic feet (Size 7). But then I realised - who the fuck cares if my feet look big? They ARE big. But I'm tall and I kind of don't wanna be a size 3 anyways, I'd fall over if it was windy...

I don't like it when my shoes get dirty so I often spend my (paid) time at work cleaning them with a linen napkin, sorry boss but it has to be done. And I don't have any clean, pressed, expensive linen napkins at home to use ;)

On the wish list - Nike Thea Womens in Black & White

Style icon

Nicole Richie has been a style icon of mine for ages. She just look so sexy and elegant no matter what she wears. I mean come on, who the fuck looks that hot in green hair?! I personally loved her purple hair as well, I think she looked amazing. How does she not look like an emo?

I've never tried to imitate her style though cause she is, as you all can see with you own eyes, skin and bones. At some point in my life I just had to realise that I have tits and ass and it's just to embrace it. I try to wear clothes that suit my body type, as should eeeeveryone else. Obviously there's loads of fashion that I love but that doesn't mean I should wear it. I think that's a good reminder for everyone, just because something looks good on someone else doesn't necessarily mean that it will look good on you.. The sooner you realise that the sooner you'll look your best. HASHTAG INSPO HASHTAG QUOTEOFTHEDAY. Sorry don't mean to sound so pretentious.

Anyhow, here are some of my favourite looks!

Enjoy:

Oh, and by the way. CAN YOU REMEMBER THIS?! The simple life with Paris Hilton? Talk about improvement...

Missing

Right, I found this top at Cos in Dubai... Didn't buy it and now I NEED IT. I tried on the largest size cause I want to wear it as a dress, I think it's absolutely stunning. The material looks super luxe and it's in a dark, shiny navy. I took pictures of it cause I wasn't sure whether to buy it and thought that I'd find it in London if I change my mind. BUT I've been looking all over the internet and I just can't find it. Not sure if this is an old piece or the opposite - that it just hasn't arrived to the UK shops yet. But I'm very, very sad. Help?

This one is from ASOS - sold out of course.
Similar dress from Stella McCartney.
